Senior Project Manager – Remote (Europe)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for global clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering complex technical initiatives, ensuring profitability, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project outcomes while coaching and guiding team members.
• Maintain a reliable, communicative work environment to retain staff and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, forecast capacity, and drive project profitability.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience in the IT industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Based in Europe.
