Senior Project Manager – Remote (Europe)

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager at BairesDev, you will lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for global clients, delivering complex technical solutions through multidisciplinary engineering teams. The role is fully remote and focuses on driving project profitability, client satisfaction, and team performance across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report on project outcomes while coaching and guiding team members.
• Maintain a reliable, communicative work environment to retain staff and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, forecast capacity, and ensure project profitability.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, analyze variances, and take corrective actions.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the organization’s strategic technology implementation plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the IT industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced level of English.
• Willingness to work remotely from anywhere in Europe.
