Senior Project Manager – Remote (Europe)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for BairesDev’s global clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering complex technical solutions while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and report project results, providing coaching, counseling and discipline as needed.
• Maintain a reliable, communicative work environment to retain staff and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, plan capacity and forecast project profitability.
• Forecast financial results, schedule expenditures, analyse variances and take corrective actions.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organisational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the IT sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Based in Europe and able to work remotely.
