Senior Project Manager – Remote (Europe)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for global clients. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure delivery of high‑impact technology solutions, and drive profitability while working fully remotely from anywhere in Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project results, providing coaching and performance management for team members.
• Maintain a reliable, communicative work environment to retain staff and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, forecast capacity, and improve project profitability.
• Manage financial objectives, including budgeting, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Identify expansion opportunities with existing clients and deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to enhance organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the IT sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Based in Europe and able to work remotely.
