Senior Project Manager – Utility‑Scale Solar PV

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead utility‑scale solar PV projects from permitting through to commercial operation. You will own the delivery lifecycle, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and help shape the future growth of the project portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage utility‑scale solar PV projects from permitting, through construction, to Commercial Operation Date (COD).
• Coordinate with engineering, permitting, grid, and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
• Lead internal project meetings, track milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Support delivery strategy, including potential project sale during development.
• Monitor risks, budgets and schedules throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of project management experience in large‑scale renewable energy projects.
• Proven experience delivering utility‑scale PV projects.
• Fluent German for meetings and internal communication.
• Technical background in electrical or civil engineering is beneficial.
