Senior QA Engineer – AI‑Driven Testing

About the role

Join 1KOMMA5° as a Senior QA Engineer focused on AI‑driven testing for our Flutter mobile applications. You will be part of cross‑functional product teams, shaping how quality is built into the product from the start and leveraging AI to create autonomous, intelligent testing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end quality for mobile products, including test strategy, execution, and production monitoring.
• Identify gaps in current testing approaches and implement solutions to close them.
• Develop and maintain a fast, stable automated test suite using Appium and BrowserStack.
• Advise engineers on testability early in the design phase.
• Extend AI‑driven QA beyond test generation to include autonomous exploratory testing and intelligent orchestration.
• Integrate QA feedback loops with development for real‑time quality signals.
• Maintain healthy test infrastructure, reducing flakiness and improving run speed.

Required profile

• Strong experience in mobile QA, preferably with Flutter applications.
• Proven ability to design and implement automated testing frameworks.
• Passion for leveraging AI to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers.
