Senior Real Estate Project Manager – EMEA

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Project Manager to lead major workplace, office and real‑estate expansion projects across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Senior Director, Real Estate, you will work in a hybrid model from our Hammersmith (London) or Frankfurt office and travel up to 50% of the time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead office fit‑outs, renovations and new construction projects across multiple EMEA locations.
• Develop and execute real‑estate strategies that support business growth.
• Manage budgets, timelines and delivery from concept through handover.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, architects, contractors, landlords and regulatory bodies.
• Identify efficiency improvements while ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in real‑estate, workplace or construction project management.
• Proven delivery of large commercial projects (50,000+ sq ft or €10 M+).
• Extensive lease negotiation and construction management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required.

Required skills

• Fluent German and English (native or bilingual level).

What we offer

• Gross annual salary range €106,592.63 – €140,968.75, based on experience and responsibilities.
