Senior Recruiter – Manufacturing

About the role

Proxima Fusion is scaling its manufacturing workforce to build the next‑generation stellarator machines Alpha and Stellaris. As a Senior Recruiter you will join the Talent Acquisition team in Munich, reporting to the Recruiter lead, and take full ownership of end‑to‑end hiring for critical manufacturing positions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute full‑cycle recruitment for manufacturing and production roles, including technicians, operators, quality engineers and manufacturing engineers.
• Develop and manage bespoke sourcing channels that go beyond standard LinkedIn searches, targeting niche talent pools.
• Partner closely with senior technical and manufacturing leaders to define hiring needs and craft tailored sourcing strategies.
• Drive top‑of‑funnel activities by proactively engaging passive candidates and building a robust talent pipeline.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and ensuring a smooth interview process.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior recruiter, preferably with a focus on manufacturing, industrial or production hiring.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, niche searches and influence hiring managers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with a passion for building recruitment processes from the ground up.
