Senior Retail Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Retail Marketing Manager to lead the launch and growth of Xiaomi vehicles in Germany. You will shape retail strategies, drive customer acquisition, and ensure seamless brand‑to‑sales execution across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail marketing strategies for Xiaomi vehicle launches and sales growth in Germany.
• Plan, manage, and deliver retail events such as store openings, test‑drive events, roadshows, product showcases, and customer engagement activities.
• Lead B2B events targeting fleet customers, leasing companies, corporate clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Translate brand strategy into impactful retail activations that boost acquisition and vehicle sales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Retail Operations, and Dealer/Partner teams to ensure consistent execution across all customer touchpoints.
• Increase showroom traffic, test drives, lead generation, conversion rates, and overall retail performance.
• Adapt and localise global marketing campaigns for the German market while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage retail marketing budgets, agencies, and external partners for efficient campaign execution.
• Track, analyse, and report on retail and event performance using relevant KPIs and business metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail management, sales operations, or customer experience management, preferably in automotive, EV, or consumer technology.
• Strong understanding of modern retail concepts, omnichannel journeys, and tech‑driven sales environments.
• Fluency in English and German; Mandarin is a plus.
