Senior Revenue Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

Ruby is looking for a senior professional to lead revenue performance across 3‑5 of its hotels. You will shape and execute revenue strategies that align with the group’s Lean Luxury philosophy while ensuring maximum market share and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee strategic revenue performance of multiple Ruby hotels and align with overall business goals.
• Maximise total hotel revenue and market share through daily yield management.
• Develop and implement revenue strategies based on statistical data and market trends.
• Optimise distribution channels and market segments to boost brand visibility and production.
• Lead revenue strategy meetings and foster cross‑functional collaboration.
• Prepare accurate revenue forecasts to support business decisions.
• Conceptualise and manage the annual revenue budget.

Required profile

• Professional training or degree in hotel management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in revenue management or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of core revenue KPIs such as Occupancy, Daily Rate and RevPAR.
• Analytical, numbers‑savvy and able to work with complex data.
• Proactive, curious, and able to take ownership of projects.
• High sense of responsibility, quality consciousness and strong organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
