Senior Sales Manager – FinTech SaaS – Berlin

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead the Mid‑Market expansion of our fast‑growing FinTech SaaS platform in Germany. You will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, coach a high‑performing team of Account Executives, and help transition the business from SMB success to a dominant Mid‑Market player.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of five Mid‑Market Account Executives.
• Own forecasting, pipeline reviews, business performance and revenue targets.
• Drive the shift to an outbound, strategic sales motion.
• Collaborate closely with Product, RevOps, Enablement, Marketing and senior leadership.
• Coach the team on MEDDPICC, Force Management and enterprise selling best practices.
• Sell to CFOs and finance leaders in companies with 100+ employees.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and coaching Account Executives.
• Track record as a top‑performing AE before moving into leadership.
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience.
• Experience selling Mid‑Market or Enterprise solutions to finance stakeholders.
• Native German speaker with fluent English.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a passion for talent development.
