Senior SEO Manager (all genders)

About the role

As the SEO landscape expands beyond traditional search to AI‑driven discovery, we are looking for a Senior SEO Manager to own the technical SEO strategy for HelloFresh Group’s web properties. You will ensure our recipe pages, collections and editorial content are discoverable across search engines, AI assistants and emerging discovery surfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute technical SEO strategy across all HelloFresh Group sites, focusing on crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data, internal linking and international SEO.
• Lead technical audits, translate findings into prioritized roadmaps and partner with Product and Engineering to implement SEO requirements.
• Manage international SEO workstreams, including hreflang, canonicals, URL structure and multilingual visibility.
• Build scalable SEO QA processes for launches, covering pre‑launch validation, post‑launch monitoring, crawl checks and structured‑data verification.
• Drive programmatic SEO and automation initiatives such as XML sitemaps, internal‑linking logic and page‑creation workflows.
• Use SEO analytics, crawl data and ranking insights to diagnose issues, identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Communicate technical priorities to senior stakeholders, linking recommendations to traffic, conversion and AI/GEO visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on technical SEO experience on large‑scale, multi‑market websites.
• Proven ability to influence product, engineering and business stakeholders and deliver measurable SEO outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using SEO and analytics tools to drive decisions.
