Senior Site Manager

About the role

Our international client is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead turnkey construction projects across Germany. The role combines strong on‑site leadership with technical depth and requires full mobility nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Overall management of all construction trades on turnkey projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, schedule and budget targets.
• Tender, award and coordinate subcontractors.
• Verify invoices, conduct measurement checks and maintain project documentation.
• Independently invoice construction services.
• Provide client support during the warranty phase.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent technical qualification with substantial site experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Site Manager in Germany.
• Strong background in turnkey construction of industrial, commercial or large‑scale residential projects.
• Solid knowledge of VOB regulations.
• Experience in subcontractor coordination and resource planning.
• German language at C1 level and English at B1 level.
• Class B driving licence and willingness to travel 100 % nationwide.
• On‑site presence required during the work week (no home‑office).
