Senior Strategic Operations Manager

About the role

This senior position is based in Germany and focuses on driving operational excellence and strategic growth within a fast‑moving marketplace. You will act as a key operator, owning high‑impact initiatives from strategy development through execution and scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategic operational areas, identify opportunities, set priorities and lead execution.
• Use advanced SQL and data analysis to generate insights, evaluate performance and support decision‑making.
• Develop growth strategies for product lines by partnering with internal teams to improve offerings, optimise funnels and increase customer engagement.
• Define, track and communicate OKRs, KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor and improve performance of products, features, operational teams and business processes.
• Lead cross‑functional projects focused on scaling operations, optimising workflows and enhancing organisational effectiveness.
• Develop go‑to‑market programmes for new initiatives, including vendor management and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen networks, optimise functions and improve customer and partner experiences.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, technology operations, business analytics or project management.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with hands‑on data manipulation, analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets expertise.
• Experience designing and implementing CRM processes, workflows and integrations.
• Proven track record of building and improving end‑to‑end operational processes.
• Operations‑focused mindset with a passion for simplifying processes and delivering results.
