About the role

As a Senior Strategy Project Manager you will lead high‑impact strategic initiatives for Global Service Operations, shaping long‑term strategy and driving operational excellence. You will work independently, solving complex challenges and coaching junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, control budgets and timelines, and report progress to senior leadership.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate stakeholders to secure commitment and successful delivery.
• Analyse industry, market and competitive trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide data‑driven insights to support long‑term strategic planning for Global Service Operations.
• Identify and prioritize process‑improvement opportunities to boost operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience in business strategy, corporate development, project management or in‑house consulting.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects independently in a global corporate environment.
• Strong background in service‑related industries such as energy, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
• Advanced analytical skills, including forecasting and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing abilities with a collaborative mindset.
