Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Avelios is a fast‑growing health‑tech company that digitises hospital workflows. As a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager you will join the People team and own the full recruitment cycle, helping the company scale by attracting top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source high‑quality candidates on LinkedIn and other channels, focusing on fit rather than volume.
• Manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, from role alignment with hiring managers to offer negotiation and contract creation.
• Ensure a smooth, respectful candidate experience that leaves a positive impression of Avelios.
• Partner with People Partners and Hiring Managers on complex or strategic hires, providing recruitment expertise and guidance.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Business, Social Sciences, Psychology or a comparable field from a reputable university.
• Strong communication, empathy and a confident, engaging presence.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting and active‑sourcing experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on startup culture.

Required skills

• Ashby ATS (experience is a plus).
