About the role

Eye Security is scaling rapidly across Europe and needs a senior recruiter to lead talent acquisition in Berlin. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, design hiring processes and help build a high‑performing, data‑driven recruitment function.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and business roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a premium candidate experience.
• Design, implement and continuously improve structured interview guides, competency‑based assessments, scorecards and feedback loops.
• Develop proactive sourcing plans, build talent pipelines and engage passive candidates through innovative channels.
• Leverage data and market insights to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks and optimise hiring metrics.
• Lead talent‑acquisition initiatives such as employer branding, recruitment operations and hiring‑manager enablement.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast‑growing tech or cybersecurity environment.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive recruitment improvements.
• Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguous, high‑growth settings and enjoys building processes from scratch.
