Senior Teamcenter Developer – PLM Migration Specialist

About the role

HCLTech is seeking a Senior Teamcenter Developer to lead complex PLM migration and transformation projects for global clients. You will design, build, and execute data migration solutions, ensuring data integrity and seamless system integration within Siemens Teamcenter environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL migration solutions for Teamcenter data, including items, BOMs, datasets, and documents.
• Transform, map, and validate PLM data while preserving version history and structure.
• Execute migration cycles (rehearsals, UAT, cut‑over) and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze errors, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective fixes.
• Develop automation tools for data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate closely with architects, business stakeholders, and functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter (RAC / AWC) and deep knowledge of its data model, workflows, and BOM structures.
• Proven track record in large‑scale PLM data migration and ETL processes.
• Solid programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, SQL, Shell or Perl.
• Hands‑on expertise with ITK, SOA, and BMIDE.
