Senior Tech Recruiter (12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract)

About the role

Databricks is seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across the EMEA region for a 12‑month fixed‑term assignment. You will design and execute creative sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and partner with leadership to build high‑performing engineering and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own full‑cycle hiring strategies for software, data and AI roles.
• Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines to meet long‑term hiring goals.
• Leverage market data and metrics to set benchmarks, forecast hiring needs, and guide workforce planning.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements and ensure a positive interview experience.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives through data‑informed recruiting practices.

Required profile

• Significant experience recruiting for high‑growth SaaS, data or AI companies, preferably in‑house.
• Proven ability to scale hiring in fast‑moving environments and mentor junior recruiters.
• Strong track record of building strategic partnerships across business functions.
• Experience working in the EMEA region and understanding of its talent market.
