Senior Technical Project Manager – Latin America

About the role

Distribusion is a fast‑growing travel‑tech startup building a global ground‑transport marketplace. As a Senior Technical Project Manager you will own the delivery of high‑impact API and e‑commerce projects for our key Latin American partners, acting as the main liaison between external clients and our internal engineering, product and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales and end‑to‑end delivery of complex API integration and e‑commerce projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Berlin, Europe and partner locations to ensure seamless rollout of standard product offerings.
• Capture market needs and partner insights to guide product development.
• Develop and document blueprint processes for product rollouts.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience managing technical projects or solution delivery, preferably in a consulting or high‑growth environment.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within key Latin American markets.
