Senior Technical Project Manager – Latin America

About the role

Distribusion is a fast‑growing travel‑tech startup building the world’s largest ground‑transportation marketplace. As a Senior Technical Project Manager you will own the delivery of high‑impact API and e‑commerce projects for our key Latin American partners, acting as the bridge between external clients and our internal engineering, product and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales and end‑to‑end delivery of complex API integration and e‑commerce projects.
• Serve as the primary contact for external partners, coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and document repeatable rollout processes for standard product offerings.
• Capture market needs and partner feedback to guide product development.
• Travel to major Latin American markets as required.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience managing technical projects or solution delivery, preferably in consulting or high‑growth environments.
• Comfortable discussing API integrations, architecture diagrams and e‑commerce concepts.
• Strong communicator who can translate technical complexity for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven and able to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced settings.
