Senior Technician

About the role

Spektrum is seeking a Senior Technician to join the team supporting the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The role involves working on critical defence and aerospace projects, ensuring the reliability and security of core IT systems used by NATO member countries.

Key responsibilities

• Installs, operates and maintains assigned CORE Systems software, databases and other applications.
• Ensures the integrity and availability of ICT platforms supporting NCIA projects.
• Provides technical support for cybersecurity, command and control, satellite communications and electronic warfare systems.
• Collaborates with NATO International Civilians, military personnel and interim workforce consultants to deliver high‑performance services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in installing, operating and maintaining complex IT systems.
• Ability to work in a secure, multi‑national defence environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to data integrity.
