Senior Vice President Operations

About the role

Rohlik, a leading European online grocery retailer, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to steer the next phase of its operational growth across multiple markets. This executive position combines strategic oversight of the end‑to‑end operating model with hands‑on responsibility for performance, scalability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a group‑wide operations strategy that delivers consistent performance while preparing for future growth.
• Lead end‑to‑end operations across all markets, aligning local COOs to maintain high standards.
• Drive performance in fulfillment centres, supply chain, warehousing, last‑mile delivery and customer operations.
• Own the operational P&L, delivering year‑on‑year improvements in productivity, efficiency and cost.
• Establish and enforce group‑wide standards for safety, quality, reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure new market entries, fulfillment centre launches and new capabilities are delivered on time and ready to scale.
• Partner with the CEO Retail and the Executive Leadership Team on strategy, growth and expansion.
• Lead major transformation, automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Strengthen business continuity, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and inspire senior operational leaders across countries and functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior operational leadership within a multi‑country, high‑growth environment.
• Strong track record of delivering operational excellence, cost efficiencies and scalability.
• Ability to translate group strategy into actionable performance metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing C‑level executives.
• Experience with large‑scale transformation, automation and technology‑driven initiatives.
