Senior Workplace Specialist

About the role

Snowflake is building a new office near Berlin Central Station and needs an experienced Senior Workplace Specialist to shape the workplace from the ground up. You will lead the office move, ensure day‑to‑day operational excellence, and create a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute the office move and setup, managing stakeholders and vendors.
• Conduct regular office walkthroughs, addressing maintenance, safety and operational issues proactively.
• Manage facility requests, preventive maintenance, and vendor relationships to maintain high service standards.
• Support health & safety compliance through on‑site inspections and vendor visits.
• Organise meeting‑room setups, team events and workplace activities, handling catering, equipment and on‑site support.
• Oversee facility‑related procurement, expenses, approvals and vendor engagements.

Required profile

• 5+ years in workplace operations, facilities, office management or hospitality.
• Strong employee‑experience mindset with hands‑on, service‑oriented approach.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven experience managing vendors, contractors and multiple operational priorities.
• Fluent in German and English.
