Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter – EMEA

About the role

Tesla’s EMEA Recruiting team is looking for a Senior or Lead Technical Recruiter to support high‑impact engineering and software hiring across London, Amsterdam or Berlin. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for critical technical positions while mentoring junior recruiters and shaping best‑practice processes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop hiring strategies for technical roles.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain realistic recruiting timelines, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Use data analytics to monitor pipeline health, report performance metrics, and advise stakeholders.
• Design and lead interview processes, including panel creation, evaluation criteria, and candidate experience improvements.
• Lead projects that enhance recruiting capabilities and support urgent, high‑priority hires across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven track record sourcing and hiring top‑tier engineering talent, preferably in automotive or high‑tech sectors.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior leadership and hiring teams.
• Data‑driven problem‑solver comfortable with ambiguity and complex projects.
