SEO Lead – Affiliate Portfolio & Team Management

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Lead to own and scale our affiliate portfolio, working directly with some of the world’s largest publishers. You will shape SEO strategy across multiple verticals, launch new sites, and lead a small team of SEO Content Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term SEO strategies to expand revenue on existing affiliate sites, optimizing high‑value pages and managing backlink campaigns.
• Launch new affiliate sites end‑to‑end, handling keyword clustering, topic mapping, content structure and stakeholder coordination.
• Drive on‑page and off‑page performance through content audits, SERP feature capture, and link‑building tactics with agencies and publishers.
• Research and evaluate new market opportunities, assess domain authority and traffic trends, and prioritize expansion options.
• Manage and develop a team of SEO Content Managers, setting priorities, coaching, and handling performance discussions.

Required profile

• Extensive on‑page and off‑page SEO experience with a proven record of scaling organic growth.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team while maintaining high standards.
• Native German speaker and fluent English (C1+), comfortable communicating with stakeholders in both languages.
• Analytical, structured thinker who can prioritize, communicate clearly and make decisions under pressure.
• Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing is a plus.
