SEO Manager – Affiliate Portfolio Growth

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Manager to take ownership of our affiliate portfolio, driving revenue growth on existing sites and launching new ones. You will work directly with leading publishers worldwide, turning SEO strategy into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term SEO strategies for live affiliate sites, handling both on‑page and off‑page optimisation.
• Conduct content audits, intent mapping and CTR optimisation on high‑value pages.
• Design and run backlink campaigns, collaborating with agencies, forums and outreach partners.
• Lead keyword clustering, topic mapping and content structure for brand‑new sites, coordinating stakeholders to launch from scratch.
• Monitor Google algorithm updates, diagnose traffic impacts and implement recovery plans.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on SEO experience with a proven record of scaling organic traffic.
• Fluent in German and English, able to communicate with stakeholders in both languages.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to prioritise actions that move the needle.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, flat startup environment.
• Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing is a plus.
