About the role

ABB is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage on‑site service activities, ensuring compliance with company and customer standards. You will be the primary contact for customers during service assignments and help drive service excellence.

Key responsibilities

Plan and coordinate on‑site service activities in line with legal regulations and contractual obligations.
Monitor service visits, ensure timely completion of documentation and project records.
Review service reports for quality assurance and identify any deviations.
Allocate resources, including Field Service Engineers, to optimise performance and contractual compliance.

Required profile

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) with hands‑on experience in service coordination and dispatching.
Proven experience in service planning, project management and document control.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and reliability.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
