Service Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team and provide on‑site installation, commissioning, and support for our equipment across Europe. The role combines hands‑on technical work with customer training and remote assistance, ensuring our solutions operate reliably in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, commissioning, and operator training at customer sites throughout Europe.
• Carry out annual calibration, on‑site repairs, troubleshooting, and hardware replacement.
• Provide remote technical support, helping customers diagnose and resolve issues.
• Support onsite equipment assembly, testing, and maintenance when required.

Required profile

• Background in mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation, refrigeration, or a related technical field.
• Hands‑on experience in equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, or repair.
• Fluent in German and English for daily communication.
• Valid driver’s licence, legal eligibility to work in Germany, and willingness to travel across Europe.
