Service Technician – Semi (Heavy‑Duty) – Berlin

About the role

As a Service Technician for the Tesla Semi program, you will join the first wave of heavy‑duty commercial vehicle technicians on the field. You will work closely with engineering and development teams, providing direct product feedback while delivering on‑site service to Tesla’s commercial Semi customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Tesla Semi fleet that transports cargo between factories.
• Assist Tesla Heavy Service Centers and early customers by repairing fleets as needed.
• Travel to customer sites, work alongside their technicians, and create/maintain repair instructions.
• Provide feedback on tooling, utilization, and product improvements.
• Address customer charging concerns and support non‑climate‑controlled work environments.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with the ability to obtain and maintain a CDL.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting heavy‑vehicle systems (engines, transmissions, LV/HV electrical).
• Relevant OEM training; ASE, 608/609 certifications are preferred.
• Strong commercial customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel, work flexible schedules, and relocate if needed.
