Service Training Manager – Frankfurt, Germany

About the role

The Service Training Manager will design, organise and deliver both online live and offline practical training programmes for aerial work machinery in the designated target language. The role ensures training plans are executed on schedule, evaluates effectiveness, and continuously improves service training satisfaction for customers across target countries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct online live sessions and offline practical training for the target language.
• Develop, translate and proofread courseware specific to the target language.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, collect trainee feedback and implement improvements.
• Establish and manage training sites, including fault‑case compilation and courseware enhancement.
• Gather client training needs in target countries and create training schedules and program plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in after‑sales service and maintenance of aerial work machinery.
• Preferable experience in product training for aerial work machinery.
• Fluency in one of the target languages (German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian) with strong oral and written communication skills.
• English proficiency sufficient for daily work.
• Willingness to travel for business and respond quickly to customer needs.
