Services Manager – New Campaigns (d/f/m)

About the role

As a Services Manager for New Campaigns, you will support the Chief Services FCAS department in defining future weapon systems for the Future Combat Air System (FCAS). You will focus on creating next‑generation service concepts that ensure efficient support throughout the system lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, integrate and orchestrate all Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) tasks and deliverables, aligning internal and external stakeholders from development through the initial in‑service phase.
• Lead the development of future‑oriented ILS/ISS solutions, defining support strategies, translating them into actionable concepts and deriving precise system requirements.
• Build strong partnerships with ILS experts across Airbus Defence and Space and the wider international network to establish optimal ILS baselines for upcoming systems.
• Drive programme execution by preparing and releasing critical ILS deliverables and representing the function in key stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate closely with TAS PMT specialists and other functional teams to ensure seamless integration of support solutions.

Required profile

• Strong interest in flying platforms, military aviation and cutting‑edge technologies.
• Proven ability to develop and promote digital solutions and new services.
• Experience in defining and managing ILS or similar support strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and partnership‑building skills.
• Ability to work in a multinational, highly technical environment.
