Site Construction Manager – Telecom Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Site Construction Manager to lead civil works projects for telecom infrastructure in Germany. The role involves supervising construction activities, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise civil works projects and schedule activities.
• Manage supplies and warehouse stock, including materials, machines, and equipment.
• Conduct on‑site investigations and analyse data such as maps, reports and drawings.
• Assess potential risks, material requirements and costs.
• Organise crew set‑up and transportation.
• Ensure works are completed on time while maintaining high quality standards.
• Comply with permits, safety guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and deliver technical files and documentation as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in on‑site project management.
• Excellent command of English and conversational German.
• Ability to work under demanding, high‑pressure conditions.
