Site Manager – Energy Projects (Germany)

About the role

Join Denys Energies as a Site Manager and take full responsibility for the operational construction process of complex energy infrastructure projects in Germany. You will ensure quality, deadlines, and cost targets are met while acting as the key link between project management and the construction site.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with quality standards, schedules, and budgets on site.
• Report progress to project management and coordinate daily site activities.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to optimise construction workflows.
• Analyse existing processes, identify efficiency gains and drive innovation.

Required profile

• Degree in civil engineering.
• Several years of experience as a construction manager or senior site manager, having coordinated multiple sites.
• Strong leadership and assertiveness to motivate teams.
• Willingness to relocate to Germany and work on‑site.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of VOB/BGB construction contracts.
• Experience with claim management and construction cost control.
