Site Manager – Shoring Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead our shoring construction projects. You will oversee both commercial and technical aspects of construction sites, ensuring smooth preparation, material planning, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial and technical construction site activities, including work preparation and material planning.
• Provide personal and technical leadership to fitters and on‑site teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering support and ensuring project success.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering (FH) with a focus on civil, mechanical or industrial engineering, or equivalent professional experience in shoring, special scaffolding or steel construction.
• Good knowledge of contract law and VOB.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high commitment, and strong team‑leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
