About the role

We are seeking a skilled professional nurse to join a hospital team in Berlin, Germany. The role involves delivering evidence‑based patient care within a multidisciplinary environment, ensuring safety, comfort, and high clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
• Administer medications, manage IV lines, and support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Monitor vital signs, document clinical observations, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and the wider care team.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and promote dignity and comfort.
• Participate in infection‑control, safety protocols, and continuous quality‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• Valid nursing qualification (e.g., BSc Nursing) and current registration in home country.
• Willingness to obtain German nursing registration.
• Proven experience in hospital or acute‑care settings.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations.
• Readiness to undertake German language training to B1/B2 level.
