About the role

Colgate‑Palmolive is seeking a culturally plugged‑in Social Content Manager to drive the online presence of its oral‑care brands. You will own the social strategy, especially on TikTok, and turn everyday routines into viral moments that resonate with Gen Z and millennials.

Key responsibilities

• Create and own a cross‑channel content strategy in collaboration with the EMEA team.
• Spot emerging trends and apply the internal 1NX framework to produce timely, viral content.
• Develop and pitch innovative campaigns that boost brand awareness.
• Lead end‑to‑end influencer marketing, from creator sourcing to performance tracking.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize both organic and paid content for reach and conversion.
• Collaborate closely with PR, media, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to drive change across the organization.
• Deep understanding of social‑first marketing and modern, agile brand storytelling.
• Experience educating and influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for cultural trends and a knack for turning them into engaging content.
