Social Media and Content Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media and Content Manager to build and grow our brand’s presence across Germany and Europe. You will shape the social narrative from market entry onward, aligning local activities with our global brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and content strategies for the European market.
• Set up and manage key social platforms, defining channel strategies and content formats.
• Lead influencer and creator marketing, including partnership negotiations, collaborations, and performance tracking.
• Create and manage content concepts around EV technology, innovation, and lifestyle.
• Oversee content production, editorial planning, and coordination with external creators or agencies.
• Monitor and optimise social and influencer KPIs, engagement metrics, and community feedback.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice and compliance across all social channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital communications, preferably in automotive, EV, technology, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and executing multi‑platform social media campaigns.
• Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships with measurable results.
• Fluency in English and German; Mandarin is a plus.
