Social Media Content Creator (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Social Media Content Creator you will turn products, campaigns and live moments into engaging videos that people want to watch, share and remember. Based in Munich, you will shape Westwing’s voice on Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms, working closely with Social Media, Brand, Marketing and Creative Production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original, social‑first concepts for campaigns, product launches and events.
• Present on‑camera, moderate interviews and host social formats.
• Film, edit and post‑produce video content from concept to final cut for Instagram, TikTok and new platforms.
• Use sound, music, text and effects to turn live moments into emotional, shareable stories.
• Identify cultural shifts and platform trends early and translate them into content.
• Explore AI tools to streamline ideation, production and editing.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven experience in social media content creation, marketing or PR.
• Strong creative instinct and deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and digital culture.
• Excellent storytelling ability with a feel for emotion, aesthetics and audience behaviour.
• Collaborative mindset and confidence working across multiple teams.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
