Social Media Manager

About the role

Bella & Bona, a venture‑capital‑backed food‑tech company, is looking for a Social Media Manager to shape and grow its presence on Instagram, TikTok and other platforms where its audience lives. You will own the full content lifecycle—from concept and creation to publishing, community management and performance analysis—while leveraging AI‑powered tools to work faster and smarter.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a consistent content strategy for Instagram (feed, stories, reels) and TikTok.
• Ideate, script, produce, edit and publish short‑form videos that capture attention.
• Use AI tools to generate ideas, refine captions, create visuals, enhance audio and automate repetitive tasks.
• Monitor emerging trends, adapt formats quickly and foster genuine community engagement.
• Track and improve metrics such as follower growth, engagement rate, video views and watch time.
• Plan, run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.

Required profile

• Passion for social media with a strong creative eye.
• Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts for brands or creators.
• Excellent short‑form video editing skills and deep platform knowledge.
• High ownership, bias for experimentation and comfort using AI tools.
• Experience in food, lifestyle or consumer brands is a strong plus.
