Software Development Instructor – Full-Stack Web & MERN

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Development Instructor to join WBS Coding School, one of Germany’s leading tech schools. You will teach modern full‑stack web technologies, guide diverse learners through their learning journey and continuously improve our educational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage student cohorts, providing structure, guidance and motivation throughout the program.
• Design and deliver engaging lessons, workshops and live‑coding sessions on the MERN stack, TypeScript and API‑based architectures.
• Assist learners with technical questions, blockers and learning challenges in a supportive manner.
• Collect and analyse student feedback and learning data to enhance teaching quality.
• Conduct code reviews, assessments and one‑on‑one mentoring to foster individual growth.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with modern full‑stack web development, especially the MERN stack.
• Proven ability to teach complex technical concepts to learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Fluent German (C1–C2) and fluent English.
• Empathetic, learner‑focused attitude with a growth mindset.
