Software Engineer – Backend (Remote, Germany)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high‑impact backend services that power secure, scalable digital financial solutions. The role is fully remote and based in Germany, offering the chance to work with cutting‑edge blockchain and cloud technologies in an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain high‑quality backend services.
• Own software components throughout the full lifecycle, from architecture to production monitoring.
• Build secure, fault‑tolerant and scalable solutions for large user bases.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners and business stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, including microservices, cloud‑native and distributed systems.
• Implement modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, automated testing and continuous delivery.
• Apply Event‑Driven Architecture and Domain‑Driven Design principles.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and knowledge‑sharing activities.
