Software Engineer – Delphi & Modern Stack (Healthcare)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to develop and maintain a healthcare software product used by pharmacies and prescribers. The role blends legacy Delphi expertise with modern technologies to ensure high performance, stability, and seamless integration with external services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Delphi‑based components while integrating .NET, Express.js, and MSVC services.
• Improve performance, reliability, and data quality of the platform.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create robust integration pathways between legacy and modern services.
• Utilize AI tools and agents to accelerate code refactoring, analysis, and documentation.
• Contribute to the roadmap for modernizing the application stack.

Required profile

• Several years of professional Delphi development experience, preferably on mission‑critical systems.
• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field with strong academic results.
• Fluent in German and English for effective communication with domestic and international teams.
