Software Engineer, Full-Stack (Experimentation)

About the role

Superhuman is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build core product features, infrastructure and experimentation tools for millions of users. The role is hybrid, offering both focused remote time and in-person collaboration to drive innovation and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Start writing and shipping code within the first week and deliver impactful features in the first months.
• Design, build, and maintain high-throughput back-end services and rich front-end user interfaces.
• Ensure high availability and performance for both consumer and enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Core, Growth, Enterprise, Trust and Data.
• Contribute to an engineering culture that values impact and ownership.
• Evaluate existing systems and propose scalable architecture improvements.
• Mentor new hires and share knowledge across the team.

Required profile

• At least three years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
• Analytical mindset capable of tackling growth challenges for a large user base.
• Passion for building reliable, high-scale consumer products.
