Software Engineer – Game Development

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our small, cross-functional team at Iteration One. You will help shape and maintain a live mobile game that already reaches millions of players, working in a fast-moving environment where AI-assisted coding is part of the daily workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full development cycle from pre-production to live operations.
• Write, optimise and refactor C# code in Unity for Android and iOS.
• Build reusable, efficient systems and ensure code is maintainable for the whole team.
• Use AI coding assistants such as Codex and Claude Code as core tools in your development process.
• Contribute to coding standards, design documentation and help accelerate the team’s delivery.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience with C# and Unity, preferably on live mobile games.
• Ability to produce clean, well-documented code and estimate delivery timelines.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with design, production and art.
• Understanding of mobile development for Android and iOS.
• Enthusiasm for emerging AI tools and continuous learning.
