Software Engineer – Hackers Wanted

About the role

We are looking for passionate software engineers to join small, agile teams (max five members) within our engineering hubs. You will receive comprehensive onboarding training and take end‑to‑end responsibility for designing, building, testing, deploying and operating large‑scale software platforms for leading European companies.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Continuously improve services based on user feedback and usage data.
• Collaborate closely with customers to refine product ideas and deliver new features iteratively.
• Work in data‑driven teams to optimise productivity and remove friction from workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a related field.
• Professional experience with Go, C/C++, Python or Java.
• Strong ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Bonus: Master’s or PhD, solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures and complexity analysis.
