Software Engineer - Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer specialized in Infrastructure to join a fast‑growing team in Germany. You will help build and scale an internal platform that enables engineering teams to deliver software quickly, reliably, and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate a scalable infrastructure platform supporting CI/CD pipelines and software delivery workflows.
• Build and maintain artifact delivery systems to ensure consistent software releases.
• Optimize high‑volume CI infrastructure to increase throughput while reducing operational overhead.
• Manage Kubernetes‑based environments, cloud resources, and Infrastructure as Code implementations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide platform capabilities and technical guidance.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline engineering workflows.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps, architectural decisions, and long‑term platform strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing, operating, and scaling production infrastructure platforms.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.
• Practical experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience managing large‑scale CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Groovy).
