Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to develop and maintain software solutions for a range of defined tasks. You will work on both new development and the continuous improvement of existing applications, ensuring high quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and program software solutions for defined tasks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for code, functions, and changes.
• Maintain and enhance development and test environments, both hardware and software.
• Support the setup and maintenance of complex simulation and system environments.
• Analyze and resolve software issues during system development.
• Contribute to the continuous optimization of existing software solutions and development processes.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for application development or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong technical understanding and a keen interest in complex software systems.
• Analytical thinking with a structured approach to technical problems.
• High degree of personal responsibility and a solution‑oriented work ethic.
