Software Engineer (Python)

About the role

Audatic is looking for a Python‑focused Software Engineer to join its development team in Berlin. You will work closely with deep‑learning engineers and data scientists to build and maintain the infrastructure that powers real‑time speech‑enhancement experiments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with deep‑learning engineers and data scientists to design, maintain, and extend Python packages, tools, and services for experiment pipelines.
• Own the infrastructure that runs the experimentation framework, including databases, virtual machines, cloud compute resources, and scheduling systems.
• Identify and implement improvements to make the infrastructure more robust, efficient, and user‑friendly.
• Develop tools that provide insight and control over machine‑learning experiments, such as a custom experiment‑control and visualization web site.
• Leverage CI/CD pipelines and automation to reduce repetitive tasks for the team.
• Take full ownership of parts of the codebase and infrastructure, proposing and implementing continuous‑improvement ideas.

Required profile

• Based in Berlin or able to commute/relocate to Berlin.
• Willing to work on‑site with a hybrid setup (minimum 60% office attendance).
