Solution Architect

About the role

As a Nevis Solution Architect you will guide customers and partners through the integration of Nevis IAM products, acting as a technical advisor and hands‑on delivery partner from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for Nevis solutions, designing integrations that follow industry best practices.
• Collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams to translate requirements into robust architectures.
• Review and improve existing architectures, providing feedback to Engineering and Product Management.
• Create reusable blueprints, best‑practice guides, blogs, white‑papers and code templates for the Nevis community.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Consultant or Architect.
• Fluent German (C1+) and strong English communication skills.
• Customer‑facing experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Programming: Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, Spring Boot.NET Core, Android/iOS native development.
• Container & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services.
• Databases: Oracle, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, SQL scripting.
• Identity & Access Management protocols: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML2, LDAP.
• Networking concepts: load balancers, web application firewalls, DNS, HTTPS, SSL/TLS.
